Message from Catherine
"I've got my mom here and she has been a great comfort in the past few days when I could find no comfort. She also spent the day at 3 hospitals with me yesterday- my friends have my recovery planned, so I will have to participate. They have transformed my condo and been shopping for all the things I need. Everyone- including you have been all I could hope for. For someone like me who is independent and always active, this has been really tough, so I appreciate all your thoughts- think of me on Friday and in the days ahead."

Hey Cathy, a message from London. Just to say I am following developments best I can from your loyal coterie of friends. It's great to have this blog. I'm sure this has been the longest week of your life but you have had lots of people sending positive vibes and we'll continue to be here for you.
